We're in the final stretch of the first course of enotecnia and viticulture that organized the SOIB with Efluxlia in Felanitx, with the collaboration of the winery Armero Adrover, and under the tuition of Professor Josep (Pep) Gimeno.
After all these months of classes, tastings, winery tours, laboratory analysis, etc. I can only be grateful and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the course. Both Pep, in his holy patience with us and the high level of knowledge that we wanted to move, as well as the friendly and always didactic treatment of Luis Armero, for letting us into your home, in his cellar, and use their facilities.
Also I can say, I've known people with varying prior knowledge in the world of wine, but great companions and great human qualities, I take great memories of all of them,.
